Help with IP Profile.

 

As a customer of BT Infinity for about 18 months I know that my download speed typically averages 37Mbps.

 

Recently (three weesk ago) I had an issue with noise on the line which took BT just over a week to fix.

 

Since then, my speed has reduced to 18Mbps.

 

Going through the BT wholesale tester I noticed that the IP profile for my line is 19.35Mbps download and 20Mbps upload.

 

Is it a matter of time for the line speed to increase again or has BT manually set the maximum possible speed that I can download at?

It takes about 2 weeks for DLM to raise your profile after a fault has been fixed.
