I need help removing a banded profile or stuck DSLAM from my BT Superfast Fibre PLUS service that has been in place for over a year. When the connection was first active (Superfast Fibre 2 contract) my BT Smart Hub would connect at the full 80/20 connection with no dropouts, reboots or loss of service. About 6 months after the start of my fibre contract the line was permanently banded on a 60/17 connection rate. It continued when my contract was changed to Superfast Fibre PLUS.
If a helpful admin/engineer could assist I would be most grateful as I am a little weary of hearing "your speed is within tolerances" when i know what my line was originally capable of.
Solved! Go to Solution.
normally when you upgraded to superfast plus that would have caused a reset in itself so surprised connection stayed the same you will not get engineer visit to just reset your connection there has to be a fault and then fixed for DLM reset
can you post hub stats if hh6 then advanced settings then technical log information
enter your phone number and post results remember delete number but leave exchange and cab
is your line stable with no resets/drops in connection?
thanks first post of the day so a bit early for me
