It is missleading never the less going by what my order says. It is clear to me that the ISP are moving the posts
Your guaranteed minimum speed is 71Mbps. You are getting 80Mbps sync speed and 74 Mbps download speed, both are greater than 71Mbps.
It is worded the mimunum speed I can exspect it does not say say minimum guaranteed download speed thanks for the correction. So they guartee the line sync speed and then cap it and then you have to work out what you can epect from the line yourself. So in my case my download speed could go down by 20-30mbps but it does not matter becuase I am still at full line sync. I guess this is why they have recently added this handback threshhold.
Apparently the the handback threshold is purely between Openreach and the ISP. It has no bearing on the service offered by the ISP to the customer.
I have no confidence in this DLM and cant help think it will kick again a reduce my profile even more as time goes on even if I have no drops. I guess I am very lucky to get what I have now I will be surprised if it ever goes back the way it was.
Well my line resynched this morning as I have been upgraded for free to the 80/20 band. Unfortunately , especially for @usermac ,the IP profile is still at 92% ie 73.7Mbps. The further diagnostics show a profiles of 73.7/10 but the upload speeds are 15+.
The connection had not dropped since being put on the 92% on 22nd December.
For me my connection has been deliberately capped they know my line is capable they use the DLM as an excuse my connection was solid. Been connected over two weeks yet the IP profile wont shift and they wont do anything either.

As your stats clearly state your conection speed has been capped at 80/20 or is your router lying to you.
