Hi , my home hub5 keeps droping out told to test master socket plug in filter behind face plate phone works the broadband will not sink the hub flashs orange and the symbol is flashing orange i have no extra sockets etc as i have told bt any ideas yours paul
While connected to the test socket try a quietline test, 17070 option 2. Any noise report a line fault on 151.
Are you using a master socket with a filtered faceplate
then the test socket is shown by black arrow
your need to remove bottom half shown by red arrow and also middle section shown by yellow arrow to get to test socket
