High latency

Hi I've just joined bt 2 days ago and I've got really high latency and buffer bloat I've done a few tests  I've spoken to bt and they keep saying there is no problems

Mine does the same at times it’s that bad the pages take 30 seconds to load.

This would appear to be via a wireless connection. What is the result of a wired connection?
