Is there any noise on your phone calls? Dial 17070 and select option 2, there should be no noise between the announcements.
Please could you post the information from your home hub.
If you are using the BT Smart hub you can get your connection stats by, Opening a new web browser on your connected device and type 192.168.1.254 or bthomehub.home into the address bar. This will open the Hub Manager. Click ‘Advanced Settings’ and then ‘Technical log’

Also only 10 hrs uptime. is this due to a manual reset?
is there anything else i could do to fix the problem as ive literally tried everything. would you be able to do anything on your side to make the line more stable with faster speeds as we're very much below minimum and is a requirement to have minimum speeds on our internet.
If you are dropping connection during the night on regular basis then appears a line problem. Have you tried using the test socket with a filter to see if that improves your connection speed and stability
