Home Hub 5 Constantly Restarting

Hi, my Home Hub 5 is restarting constantly every 25 seconds,

The logs:

 

00:03:32, 01 Jan.DSL Link Down: duration was 25 seconds

As you can see it gets a connection but then goes down after a short period of time, it keeps doing this over and over again and the internet simply does not work, here are my helpdesk info's:

Help would be appriciated, I've ensured the cables are connected properly.

Any noise on your line? 17070 option 2, best with corded phone.

Currently don't have a landline phone I could check this with as I only use the line for internet, I'll see if I can get one tomorrow.
