so for the 3 rd day running my router ( BT home hub 5 ) has dropped its connection and the lights go
1. Constant Green
4. Flashing orange B symbol
6. Can reconnect to the internet
I powered down the home hub and removed all cables, reseated them and powered back up.
before I try to log a call and get stuck in the loop of there is nothing wrong, does anyone have anything I can try?
You could try a factory reset by pressing the recessed button in the rear with a pin for about 20 seconds until the lights flash. If you are getting a green light, it is a hub problem rather than a line/connection problem.
