Thank you for taking my call today. I was happy to hear the engineer has done a thorough job and repaired the noise on the line. I've tested the Broadband and the speed have started to improve. Your profile is sitting at 13.5 Mbps. As long as the connection remains you should see the speed return back to what they were.
I'm really sorry that you had to contact BT a number of times in order to get the service repaired.
