Home hub 5 keeps loosing connection

I have the home hub 5 and was having connection issues so was sent a new one but it seems this new one drops connection more often, I have changed the settings in the admin as advised by BT but still problem is there. Anyone else having this problem or suggest anything?

if using hh5 then post stats - troubleshooting then helpdesk

try quiet line test  dial 17070 option 2 should be quiet and best with corded phone

have you tried connecting to test socket with a new filter - even if you have a filtered master socket

apart from short connection time stats look good with max 80/20mb for infinity 2  disconnection do not as yet appear to be affecting your connection speed
