Ok it's all sorted now. However I'm getting low speeds. I got a decent 22 down and 3 up at first but even that's lower than my promised down of 27 and up of 5. And I'm currently getting 13 down and 1 up. Maybe they were right that I have a fault on the line. Any ideas???

Is the router connected to the master socket? Or an extension?

Can you post up a screenshot of the connection stats fromthe router manager page?

As @Webby has asked, is the router plugged into the master socket, as your connection speed is slow, and the noise margin indicates no room for improvement the way its connected at the moment

 

Which one of these matches your master phone socket?

That looks like the first one, it has a test socket behind.

 

Please connect things up as shown below, and see if the connection speed increases.

Ok I'm slightly confused about what needs to go into the test socket. Just the modem lead or the filter that has both phone and modem... sorry if I'm being Stupid!
