Hi @Mckitter and welcome.

I'm sorry you're having problems with the connection dropping. Can you check the line for noise by connecting a phone to the test socket and dialling 17070 option 2?

Cheers

David

If that is with a corded phone report a line fault on 151. Don't mention broadband.

Thanks for checking that @Mckitter.

Corded phone. I have raised the fault online already, it says problem on the line. I was just double checking for opinions on the event log, I have been reading some horror stories about engineer call out charges and trying to eliminate this being a fault of my own.
