Re: How do I connect Ethernet cable to tv box

Best solution would be using power line adaptors.
One of the adaptors would plug into an electric socket adjacent to the modem/router. You plug an Ethernet cable from the adapter into the router.
The other adapter plugs into an electric socket adjacent to your tv box. Once again connect an Ethernet cable from the adapter into the tv box.
The powerlines use the electrical cable in your house to transfer the signal from the router to the tv box.

2 choices.

Run an Ethernet cable or use powerline adaptors such as these https://www.shop.bt.com/products/bt-broadband-extender-600-kit-084284-BVFL.html

Use the BT Mini Connectors.

http://bt.custhelp.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/57213/~/bt-mini-connectors-for-bt-tv

They are available at a discounted cost of £20 at the time of ordering, or if you are an existing BT YouView customer.

You have to do it via the the online TV orders chat team
