If you cannot get this resolved within a few days, then please post back on this forum, and a forum moderator can investigate.

Once the noise has been fixed, Openreach should be able to reset DLM, and get your speed back to normal.

if just a phone engineer for noisy line problem they may well not be able to request a DLM reset - but you can always ask
