Okay, so purchase the telephone and plug it into both lines to test the numbers and then run the link I was sent earlier in this post?

We have one of our phone numbers as the house has two - do you need more than this?

This is what I am referring to as strange, we are in the main farm house and it is FTTP on Demand (not sure what that is).

The line comes from a telegraph pole that also supplies three cottages on the farm land and a bungalow. These properties are all FTTP ready, why are we the only property from in five from the same line that has FTTP not available?

FTTP on demand is a very expensive business product. What leads you to believe the other properties have FTTP? Have you spoken to the FTTP team on 0800 587 4787

FTTP on demand is not same as FTTP.  the on demand is normally for business broadband as costs are high and have to pay towards installation

One line is business and the other line is personal, let me check if the other line is also FTTP onDemand. I have checked the other properties addresses on the OpenReach site and FTTP is available.

Is there anything like this on the pole that serves the properties?

This is the second line, this is a residential line for the rest of the house but it again has the on demand:

Hmm, let me check. Would that be close to the house or the cabinet?
