I hope someone can help? I have gone around in circles with BT on this.
I am an existing customer but our address has been deleted somehow from the broadband checker by postcode. What this means is that I am unable to compare deals with other providers.
I continually phone BT to ask them to sort with openreach. I never get any feedback and after several weeks nothing has changed. I am a bit lost as to who can actually help?
I would be very grateful if someone has any suggestions on the best way to approach this to actually get the changes made?
