I am in the process of upgrading to Superfast Fibre but am having trouble with twice having activation not happening when promised. In the Smart Hub does the second value in connection status display show the type of connection you actually have or just what package BT thinks you have? Any advice would be appreciated.
You need to look at the modulation type
g992.3 Is normal ADSL broadband.
g993.2 Is VDSL
Thanks for the info. I found the modlation type in the Technical Log/Information on the Smart Hub.
I can now check to see if fibre gets activated.
