I currently have Superfast Fibre 3 (200mb FTTP). When I log into myBT and click Upgrade Broadband I'm offered:
But there's no way to select anything in between as far as I can see. Ideally I'd like to see the price for Full Fibre 500, but there isn't an option for that.
Given what's happening just now (logging into the account gives a big message basically saying "please don't call us, do it online instead") do I have any option other than calling BT to get Full Fibre 500?

Was hoping to avoid calling, given that it's not urgent and we're not vulnerable.
Would be nice if somewhere on the website just showed you all the packages and let you pick one, but if calling is the only option then I guess I'll call tomorrow.
The FTTP team deal with nothing other than FTTP. It is normal CS that deal with urgent and vulnerable cases.
