Hub not working since Fibre switch day

Hiya,

BT is upgrading me from Broadband to Fibre in a couple of weeks, ahead of the migration they sent me a new hub and finally, Tuesday 30 June was my 'switch day'. Since Tuesday, I have no landline connection and the internet connection is dropping out ever 5 min, the hub restarts by itself constantly and the few minutes I have connection their speed test app confirms that upload is less than 0.5.

I've called BT multiple times but they can't see what's wrong. 

 

Is anyone else experiencing issues after their switch day?

do you now have a dial tone on your phone?  are you connected to the master socket which is first socket in your home where the openreach cable comes in from outside

you really need a working phone line to get your broadband  if no phone line then phone 151 and report a fault
