A couple days ago I lost Wi-fi connection. The hub started flashing purple then after a few hours orange. I am unable to receive or make phone calls from my landline and now the bt tv is losing signal. Not had any problems before and haven’t changed anything set up wise.
I have reset, checked all cables and tried the test socket with both hub and landline. I’m at a loss! Can anyone offer any advice please?
Clearly you have a line fault and need to report it to 0800800150.
Thank you for your help! I will phone them up and see what they can do for me. Hopefully the will send someone out to fix it ASAP.
