Hub5

Waiting for activation of infinity although hardly fast with estimate of 2 to 4 and guarantee of 1MB per sec.! However better than current 0.5 with standard broadband.
Received Hub 5 yesterday and as instructed in bt email connected it replacing current hub 4.
Sadly it will not connect to internet. Solid red light across front. Tried resetting and restarting but to no avail.
Reconnected original hub 4 and all is fine.
Should I wait until infinity is activated in about 10 days time and try again or should I assume that new hub is faulty and return for replacement?
Any comment

the hh5 should connect without any adjustments  as you have tried factory reset and still nothing then I would ask for replacement

why are you not getting HH6 when upgrading
