I ordered BT boardband on the 5 feb 2025 switched from talktalk. I didnt get order confirmation on my email and can't track it. Do I have to wait longer?

Yes, I activated my BTID and it says inactive. I cant track my order, its loading forever. Got email from talktalk saying there is £4 charge for leaving. Did my order went through?
