I haven't been happy with my slow speed for awhile now, it feels like I'm capped

I used to get around 45mb for about 6 months, it was great but then it started to get slower and slower, and less stable until eventually, I hit 29.99mb (no matter what it won't budge from this, so it seems to be capped?). I had an engineer out and he fixed some errors on the line which made it stable again, but the speed never improved. I would happily pay more for a better speed if possible, but at the very least I'd like my old speed back which was so much better. Is this really the best my line can handle?

Looks like you may be in a banded profile due to all your previous line problems.

Can you post your hub/router stats

Re: I haven't been happy with my slow speed for awhile now, it feels like I'm capped

Connection time is only 10hrs is that due to router dropping connection or manual reset?  You really need a stable connection with no drops/resets for 3/4 weeks before DLM will start to release banding and speed increase
