IP Profile issue

In the last week my IP Profile has dropped by 12.5Mbps, does anybody know what the solution is to this?

 

Before anybody tells me that it's because of what my line can / cannot handle, I noticed it after I had to unplug to rearrange some furniture and then once I got it set back up, this is what the result was.

 

On March 21st:

It will be because you disconnected the modem, the DLM cannot communicate with your modem. The DLM will reduce speed in attempt to maintain a stable connection. Leave the modem alone and the DLM will rise the speed when it sees the connection as stable.

Ok, I kind of assumed that but how long do I wait before raising this issue with mods? I've read several stories of mods taking control of this issue being the only way to get to a solution.

You won't need the moderators, let the DLM do the work... it's what it's designed for. I'm assuming you're near your estimates so no intervention should be needed, nor would it be accepted as your speed is an acceptable range.

Depends on your line history bad history 3 weeks tops, if good line history then couple of days 1 week max.
