@markmottershead

As a Sky customer, you need to post on the Sky User Forum, as the information on this BT Retail Customer Forum, may not apply to Sky.

see message 3 and click on the link - you can then enter your phone number and it will tell you if you are connected to a cabinet and which number that cabinet is (top of the results page)

@Archie1971

That only works if you have a BT Retail phone number, it will not work for Sky numbers. They may have their own checker on the Sky website or forum.

@markmottershead  will have to ask on the Sky forum.

Re: In no mans land.... FTTC

Engineer carried out the work on the 9th of November - DSL Checker still hasn't been updated (except to show I'm on Cabinet 33 now). I've subsequently been in touch with the engineer and he assures me he has updates the routing information. It's 3 weeks this Friday so I'm hoping it will be updated by then.
