I moved into a house on a new build development 21 months ago, I have had BT phone and broadband since but I am now looking to other suppliers due to the price increase. When going through Sky's process adding my postcode and landline number the address that shows up is number 62 which does not exist and the correct number is 26, I spoke with someone at Sky who said they get the details from Openreach and that I need to contact yourselves to correct this. I can not go through any sort of order process until this is resolved and I am looking to change in the next week or so.
