Incorrect database

Hello,  the estate i live on is FTTP enabled. My cul-de-sac was built yesars after the rest of the houses and only half of the 13 houses show up as FTTP enabled on the openreach website. My next door neighbour has the FTTP capability yet i am only only to receive 4.2 mbps. Is there anyway i can get the database looked at as i assume this is an error. I have attached four pictures below to show the difference in capabilities.

are you a BT customer already?

all FTTP enquiries for BT are dealt with on 08005874787

Yes, I am a BT customer.
When ever i speak to BT though they just ask for my door number and postcode and tell me its not available.
This makes no sense when half my street is enabled.
