Our house has an open reach modem which is connected but it was registered to an incorrect address.
Royal Mail has the correct address and the issue has apparently been rectified with Openreach but we cannot currently create a new BT broadband account as it is not appearing on BT database correctly.
Please can you help - do we need an ORDI?
have you tried contacting billing and see if they can correct your address https://www.bt.com/help/contact-bt/account-and-billing/broadband
if it has now been corrected on openreach database then don't need ORDI
