Incorrect location in Openreach database

Hi,

We have been trying to get fibre broadband for ages and are surrounded by other neighbours who can and also a brand new development of houses who can also get fibre. We recently looked at communityfibre.openreach.co.uk and it shows us located miles away from where we actually live. Is this part of the problem and can it be fixed?
