post the stats from your hub if hh6 then advanced settings then technical log information if hh5 then troubleshooting helpdesk
are you using the test socket with a filter even if you currently have a filtered master socket to see if that improves your connection
have you been having problems with your connection dropping or doing manual resets or both?
do quiet line test dial 17070 option 2 should be silent and best with corded phone
when you post stats post here and not link as easier to check instead of shunting between pages
