I clicked on your profile name. Added you as a friend. I saw three options. Message/ friend or unfriend and something else.
When you click on message you can message privately.
Then when you get email login and click on it. It was a bit fiddly to locate pm but just click and follow through the email link when logged in.

You live way off me and we are based in the very north of England.
Yes they promised all ground work done and just needs connecting.
Very awful service.

This is what i received a week ago from a no reply email. And my complaint is still active. Not sure why someone hasn't got back despite the promise.

So, after reporting to moderators with the requested details, still outstanding complaints and two wks after activation date we are still frustratingly waiting for any news from BT. left my phone number with number of people within BT who are all busy dealing with other customers? Don't know why the hell they would commit to an order and not update what's going on.

Can you please provide a letter of closure so we can raise it with Ofcom.

OK, this is the way it works on here. When you submit a form to the mods it is dealt with in strict order of reciept (don't forget you may not be the only one with a problem). It may be a couple of days for them to get back to you but will stick with you, keep you updated and get you sorted out. It's a pity you didn't respond to them when they first offered their services to you.
