Holding in Hinckley at the moment, just dropped a little 40MB to 30MB but that fine considering peak time !! Smiley Happy

Locky...do Zen have there own ifrastructure so therefore not using BT ?

It was looking better than last night, was getting 40 all day. And inthe last hour its started to plummet again 😞 Just wish I hadn't seithced only a month ago to YouView. Stuck with something thats going to be useless and cant get out of contract, grrr.

Falling now in Swadlincote... tested wireless and ethernet ... and both speeds read the same...

Yes Zen have their own GEA in Swadlinocte so it goes no where near the BT wholesale network.

Only thing that is BT is the D-side -- Cab -- E-side.

Getting fed up with this, swadlincote was looking better tonight but by 7.30pm its jumping from 10Mb to 25Mb which just confuses netflix that the picture quality on streaming just keeps changing from good to terrible. I have been with Infinity 2 for nearly 2 years never had any problems so recently signed up to new broadband and youview contracts and now this rubbish every evening.

 

I understand faults happen and feel we have all been understanding but 2 weeks to repair is plenty of time and are stuck with this pretty poor service, nobody has officially from BT posted what the actual problem is and when it will be repaired.
