BT's speedtester only shows speeds within BT's network and while that speed tester will show if its your line having a problem it will not show an issue if its a problem with BT's network, which in this case it is.
Also when you use the link "check for broadband service problems in your area" at the top left of this section it reports i have no faults - even though my dialling code (01332) is listed under the area codes affected by the Liverpool node problem??
Bah... tried the TBB Ping Quality but apparently i have a Dynamic IP and they don't support it 😕
Although at the moment here in Nuneaton (024) i'm still rocking 70+MB... although it went down hill around 7.30 yesterday so this may be a bit premature.
No packet loss as far as i can see but there is still time yet.
