I have renewed my contract with BT and they have upgraded me to Infinity 2. However - I am only receiving 60/20 when i should be receiving 80/20. I have had two engineers out over the past week, and they have reset the DLM for me and also checked the cabinet. They said everything is fine and the cabinet is compatable of 80/20. Any ideas?

If you are on a Huawei cabinet then G.INP should kick in and give you a speed boost approx 14 days after a DLM reset.
If you don't know the type of cab you are on PM me your postcode and I'll have a look for you. (Tomorrow).
Thanks for that. Strangely though I cannot find any VDSL cab for that postcode and only ADSL services. Which cabinet did the checker say you were on?
Lookks like you are on an ECI cab so no G.INP for you.
As you are still under the minimum guaranteed speed, you could try asking them if they will send out a broadband boost engineer. If that doesn't work come back here.
Thanks for your reply and checking for me, @pippincp
Yes i have already had two engineers out and they said pretty much they have done everything they can. Contacted BT and they confirmed i am on the maximum speed. However, the cabinet does support 80/20 and the engineer did confirm it, so was just a little confused on why it was capped at 60mb or so.
They mentioned something about the copper cables underground, and said perhaps that had something to do with it. However, i am a little baffled. Is a broadband boost engineer different to your standard openreach engineer?
Just to also note that the cabinet is very close to my house, so wouldn't of thought the distance is a problem.
Except the OP's line attenuation is only 12.1dB which should give a much higher speed.
