I'll try that again, as HTML:
Here are stats from my Draytek Vigor 2860:

This appears to cover the information I see you have asked for previously. Please let me know if there is any else you need.
It's been a couple of days since I posted my router stats. Is anyone able to advise on how I can resolve the issue with my banded/capped connection?
Good morning @bus-error and welcome to the community.
Thanks for posting about your connection problem. Can you try running the speed test including the further diagnostics on a wired connection and post the results? DLM will usually lift banding if it's in place after a short period of stability, though it can take longer in some instances. If you can post the test results we'll be happy to take a look.
Thanks for your reply. Attached is the output from the inital and 'further diagnostics':
My router is still telling me that my 'actual' download rate is 39,998Kbps but my attainable rate is 49,500Kbps, nearly 10,000Kbps more and similar to previous actual download speeds:
This shows the link hasn't dropped for over 200 hours.
I added the information output from the Broadband Performance test over the weekend, do let me know if you need anything furhter.
I have checked my router again this morning and the situation remains unchanged. "Uptime" is now 295 hours.
Thank you for posting back. I'm sorry you haven't seen your speeds increase. It looks like the DLM is being stubborn and doesn't want to lift the banding. I'll be able to take a look at your connection and run a few tests on your line.
I've sent you an private message with details on how to contact the team. Once we have your details, we'll run a few checks and get in touch with you directly.
