It should take you straight to this, it works for me, viz :-
|Telephone Number of the broadband circuit:|
All this fuss, just to discover your downstream sync speed
I've tried repeatedly and the test keeps coming back with " We have completed your test however an error occured and we cannot retrieve additional details regarding your service"
This time of the year is both big for Openreach maintenance, and also for service uptake. There's obviously only a finite amount of bandwidth available, so all existing users (irrespective of ISP) will notice a little throttling, and unless BT start investing a bit more in the network, everybodys service and speeds will continue to degrade over time. The boys in the white vans have been in mine, and other cabinets all over my town in the last 3 weeks, and I've already started to see my initial install speed start to erode. Maybe if the price trebled it'd thin them out a bit 😉
Basically i'm paying for Infinity 2 and getting Infinity 1 and finding official help less than impressive .
Thanks for posting. I'll take a look at this for you if you like. Just drop me an email with your details. You'll get the 'contact us' link in my profile.

Well this is getting worse, upload is now down to 2.7m tonight.
Well todays phone call from BT customer service moved into the realm of farce, apparently my line which i have Infinity 2 on is only capable of sustaining 19meg DL and the fact that i'm getting 25meg i'm very lucky .... the fact that i'm only getting half my usual upload speeds and high latency's is not an issue.
The very fine Indian lady informed me she would reset my line and that i should monitor it for 2 days..and my higher speeds should return.
Anyone got the complaints number/address as frankly getting fed up with this ,
