Re: Infinity 2 speed

are you using the test socket with a filter to eliminate your home wiring and see if that improves your conenction speed?

with the stats posted you should drop to infinity 1 especially as BT are in process of improving infinity 1 speed to 80/20mb free

Re: Infinity 2 speed

I have just joined BT and was connected on 28/09/2017 and was advised that infinity 2 was the best option for me so I dont think that I can downgrade to infinity 1 at the moment.

There are no extensions on the master socket  I.E take the faceplate off and there is nothing connected to it.

I should add that I was an EO line until a about 3 weeks ago and the cabinet I'm connected to ( 12) is about 200 yards as the crow flys I know that the line length is much longer.

So it looks as though im stuck with this speed for 12 mths
