Infinity customer (FTTC), and am now getting very annoyed with the regularity of loss of broadband between 9 and 10 at night every day. We live fairly remotely (no near neighbours), and have nothing obvious running that could take the service down at these times. What would BT be doing with such regularity ? All day, we get very good speeds as we live close to the cab - regularly hitting 75 Mb down and 17 Mb up, but come the witching hour it goes down with consistency.
Anyone have any suggestions ?
