i have recently had FTTP installed all was ok until yesterday' now i keep getting a message low bandwith while watching netflex's
i have done a speed test and iam getting around 37mb downloabd connect keeps buffring, web pages are slow at times, iam not sure what i can do about it, i have tried to raise a fault but it does't seam to work.
yes it FTTP, the fibre cable can been seen coming imto it, also our phone line has been over to it, & our the old phone line taken out, i have tried to run test as yuo said but all i get is the mnessage below.
There is no data available for this number. This could be either because it is not a BT line or it is a new BT number that has just been provided. Most new numbers will appear on the checker 24 hours after BT has installed the line.
