I have infinity 2 & during the recent hot weather my homehub kept losing it's connection & was unstable during the evenings, eventually settling down with a synch speed of 35mb, my usual synch speed is around 65mb & has been stable for some time. The hub was then up for 6 days before rebooting again & currently it's now been up for 1 day, still at 35mb.
My line profile has been reduced which is annoying, but understandable, but how long should my line take to recover to normal, or do I need to speak to someone to get this slower profie cleared?
as you have had problems with conenction dropping check for noise dial 17070 option 2 should be quiet and best with corded phone

Just about to post my info & realized the hub resynched & went back to normal a few hours ago! Fingers crossed it'll stay that way! Thank you very much for your help though, it's much appreciated! If there are any further issues I'll be back!
