Open reach recently fixed my line, i originally had great speeds of 51meg the line speed did drop a little after 2 years to 46. The line speed is now stuck at 36meg, Bt are saying there is nothing they can do. Open reach came 2 weeks ago and they said the line would be reset but i dont think it has been done. Im wondering if a moderator could look in this for me.

Can you post the connection stats from the hub?

Looks like DLM has banded your line at 44M due to the line fault, the engineer obviously didn't arrange a reset. It will take a bit longer for DLM to relent but it will do so eventually.
im wondering if someone could look at my line the sync speed is still stuck after 8 weeks no sign of it returning back to what it was.
The hub stays connected for 2 weeks or more.
