There seem to be a fair few similar problems on here.
I’m told by BT that online is the best way to get help. But how ?
Speeds still dropping.

you can either phone 150 or 0800800150 from mobile and ask for replacement hub as your modem is constantly dropping connection or 0800800030 and negotiate a renew contract and include a new hub as condition

your speed is not going to improve as long as you keep dropping internet connection
