Infinity drops out almost every day at 2pm (NOT am).
This could have been going on for months, but now that i'm out of work it's a real ball ache, i'm looking for jobs and my internet has now dropped out on multiple occasions, starting at almost exactly 2pm and not reconnecting unil 3/4/5 pm.
It's not my network, it's not my router (ASUS RT Series), the connection light on the BT modem turns off and thats it.
My router reports that there is an external DHCP issue, ie there is a connection but the server is not issuing a valid IP address to my modem.
Today it dropped at 2pm and now today at 2:10pm it's up again, so wel'll see how that goes.
BT service status site is a waste of space (do you think we're all idiots?), how can this show different information to the BT business service status website? It's all on the same infrastructure!!!
PS - Is copy/paste disabled on this forum? It's rather annoying if that's the case.
