I have Infinity 'fibre to the home' and woke up this morning to find the 'LOS' light be solid red and no internet connection.
Tried powercycling and rebooting etc. but no luck.
Anyone come across this issue before?

This means that there is no Optical data connection to your ONT.
Have you checked the cables and the optical connector to see if there is any issues there?
Also go to http://www.bt.com/consumerFaultTracking/public/faults/tracking.do?pageId=31&s_intcid=con_fly_help_po... to see if there is any issues in your area
No errors showing in my area.
Will double-check cables after work.
Download speed went down to around 2mb from usual 50+ last night and then this error this morning.

Unplugged and plugged all cables and power leads back in and Openreach box working again.
Download speed down to 2meg rather than usual 50+ but upload consistent at around 20.
I spoke to a neighbour and he is having similar issues so at least I know it's not the BT equipment in my flat.
He said an engineer is visiting today so hoping to hear more later.
All sorted last night. Assume engineer who came for my neighbour sorted it out.
