Please can someone advise on the best way to progress an unresolved fault with my Infinity? I reported low speed to BT on 24 Sep 2014 and the remote testing that was done did identify a fault. Someone came out to fix it and the speed improved (from about 2Mbps to about 8Mbps) for a while but not up to the 20ish Mbps that I used to get.
The fault is still showing as open on my BT account. For various personal reasons I have not had a chance to get back to BT until now, but I don't want to spend hours trying to get through on the phone or the online chat to India that I used before.
The speed is now back down at less than 2Mbps as shown below:
