Infinity speed drop

I have had a reliable connection at 75Mbs for over 2.5 years yet is suddenly dropped to virtually nothing then went to 50Mbs. I reported the fault and went through every check possible and was then told an engineer would call. I then got a call to say the call had been cancelled because the fault at the exchange had been fixed. The speed is stable but at around 50mMbs and the line profile is set to 53Mbs although the line is said to be capable of much more. Screen shot attached. How can the line profile be reset?01433631685-edited.jpg

Re: Infinity speed drop

Hi @Crob and welcome.

I'm sorry you're connection speed has dropped. If you can post the details as requested by @pippincp I'm sure we'll be able to help.

Cheers

David

Re: Infinity speed drop

It’s the connection stats from the hub we need, not the DSL checker results.

Re: Infinity speed drop

This is a copy and paste job from another post. I think this is what @pippincp wants to see.

Re: Infinity speed drop

The link takes me to the DSL speed checker at BT Wholesale. How do I get what you want?
