I have had a reliable connection at 75Mbs for over 2.5 years yet is suddenly dropped to virtually nothing then went to 50Mbs. I reported the fault and went through every check possible and was then told an engineer would call. I then got a call to say the call had been cancelled because the fault at the exchange had been fixed. The speed is stable but at around 50mMbs and the line profile is set to 53Mbs although the line is said to be capable of much more. Screen shot attached. How can the line profile be reset?
