Good evening all!
Recently, just before Christmas, I attempted to upgrade my broadband from 52mb to 76mb for free as part of the "My Deal" offer for existing customers.
However, despite signing a new contract, my broadband has not been upgraded.
As a result Iam now stuck with a new contract with no improvement in service.
I have attempted to contact BT customer service, whos only response was to send out a new Home Hub.
Can anyone offer any advice as to the next steps I can take please.

Thank you for that information, I have read through it throughly.
However the point still remains that BT did not upgrade my line in exchange for the recontract.
As a result I would like to return to the original contract length.
Would you be able to direct me to those who would be able to do this please.
