My infinity broadband went down on the 28/12 (hub permenent orange but phone line OK). Registered the fault with BT and have since been given the run around by call centre staff. Have been given three dates for resolution so far and have just called again to find it's now been stretched to the 9/1 - why what is going on? I do not have access to my bank, pension or cannot order my medication. Cannot get radio or music as all wi-fi based. I really need some help and quickly as my BB has already been down for nine days?
