I just logged in to check the progress of my Infinity order. Under the section titled "Your appointment" it says "Your appointment is no longer required, as our engineer can connect your line without requiring access to your premises. The engineer will work to connect your line at the exchange."
Huh? I thought they had to put a new faceplate on? Plus bring me the actual modem (I've only got the Home Hub so far). Surely they need to get into my property?
