Obviously there is a problem. As Ray has said your stats on the Homehub show that your download stats are about right for the line attenuation but they do not tally with your speeds as per the speed test or what your estimated speeds show.
Are you on Infinity 1 or Infinity 2. If you are using a filter I assume you have had a self install which is normally only with Infinity 1 unless your line can deliver the max for Infinity 2. In any event you will need to contact BT and ask them to send out an engineer to investigate the problem.
